Despite purchasing a SIM card from Coles, the activation process was stymied when an error message declared the SIM to be ‘not available.’
Not happy with Lebara. Constant drop calls and connection. Poor customer service.
Extremely poor customer service. Waited more than one hour to get my call through but did not receive any helpful resolution for my problem.
Pathetic service! Has been no service for three days. Everytime I called them, they asked the same questions and promised they would fix the issue quickly. However, nothing happened.
I choose Lebara because I need to make many international calls. The international call quality is fantastic and the rates are really great value.
