Absolutely TRASH!!!!Poor coverage and speed!!No matter when and what I ask, they just give me a standard answer–please wait for 24-48 hrs. Never call back and sort out my problem within 24-48 hrs.
it’s already 2 weeks and the old provider already disconnected my service but still the Coles plan has not been activated. I contacted support 4-5 times, in addition logged 2 complaints. Coles just email me after I asked for refund and logged the last complaint 2 days ago, told me that I would lose my number if I want refund and promised to send me email to update the situation (they did not even send any email before that). Still waiting just because I don’t want to lose my number, but this is the worst situation I have ever been in. I will stay away from Coles Mobile as far as possible right after I can get my phone number back.
Unhappy with the coverage and the call quality. Poor reception. Regret leaving Vodafone.
Cannot switch the voicemail off. Customer support is pathetic.
I have been using Coles Mobile now for about 6 months and although I had initial issues of porting my number, it has been smooth sailing. Great value for money, and the coverage is good.
