Very disappointed! For a whole week, could not make and receive calls and had no internet service. The staff was patient and tried to help, but the issue still not fix. I have switched to a new provider, no issue at all.
No customer service at all. Told that the NBN would be sufficient, but cannot even open a webpage. Have tried to contact them via mails, online service and facebook, no reply till now.
Very disappointed with Belong’s service. There is no way to contact them! I tried to call and email them, but no response at all. Connection has always been slow all the time.
I have been with belong for 7 months and did not meet any issue. The transfer is easy and without added costs. I use it for steaming movies, downloading, kids xbox online and general use without any problems. Customer service is also very helpful when needed.
