  1. Found that the information the provided was inaccurate and misleading after receiving the SIM. I had called them and sent queries each day for 5 days. But my problem has not got solved. Disappointed!

  2. Bad customer service. Once I emailed them for the problem I met and they promised a call back. However, nothing happened……

  3. Cheap plan with good coverage and download speeds. At first, I had a problem with the new SIM card, the technical staff sorted out it quickly. Satisfied with their service.

  4. Competitive plans. I have the $15.95 plan which includes unlimited calls and texts and 5GB of data. Great download speeds and I haven’t found any places where I lose signal.
