After relocation, I have noted a significant decline in Exetel’s quality and level of service. It appears Extetel is no longer meeting expectations.
Took two days to port my number to my new provider. Actually, this process should be completed in a few hours. Not happy with that.
They used to be a pretty good ISP but they’ve gone downhill in recent years.
I ported my number over to another provider but still got charged for the following month. I called them to address it and get a refund. They replied that they could not do anything about it. Unbelievable!!! How can they charge for the service they do not provide?
Unreliable coverage and the worst customer service. Never go with Exetel……
