  1. Very disappointed! For a whole week, could not make and receive calls and had no internet service. The staff was patient and tried to help, but the issue still not fix. I have switched to a new provider, no issue at all.

  2. No customer service at all. Told that the NBN would be sufficient, but cannot even open a webpage. Have tried to contact them via mails, online service and facebook, no reply till now.

  3. Very disappointed with Belong’s service. There is no way to contact them! I tried to call and email them, but no response at all. Connection has always been slow all the time.

  4. I have been with Belong for one month and have changed to Vodafone. The coverage and connection quality is not bad. But sometimes phone call came in without ringing, just a missed call message.

  5. Excellent plans and good mobile coverage. My husband and myself are both use Belong. He has a higher data plan than mine, and he can gift his extra data to me. Then I can also bank my unused data too.

  6. I have been with Belong for 6 months, and Belong has provided me great customer service and network coverage. I ordered the sim card online and it was delivered within two business days, happy with that.

  7. I have been with belong for 7 months and did not meet any issue. The transfer is easy and without added costs. I use it for steaming movies, downloading, kids xbox online and general use without any problems. Customer service is also very helpful when needed.
