amaysim has recently simplified our product offerings to focus on delivering amazingly simple mobile and energy, and from 26 October amaysim will no longer sell home internet.

  1. Terrible experience ever. I ported my number from Telstra. Amaysim said it would just take 1-3 hours, but actually, it took 5 days. I could not make or receive any calls. I called them every day and received the same response asking me to wait. Very disappointing, avoid Amaysim!

  2. I have been with Amaysim for 3 years or so and am more than happy with service they provide. For customer support, Amaysim staff are very friendly and helpful. Besides, Amaysim gives fantastic service website easy to navigate.

  3. Great network coverage, nice money value, excellent customer service and a reasonable data provision. Would recommend Amaysim to others.

  4. We are very happy with Amaysim. Absolutely no problems with coverage and we feel we are getting value for money. Fantastic customer service through live chat, usually get instant help.

  5. Amaysim has good competitive price and the coverage is ok compared to Vodafone. Amaysim\'s prepaid data plan is competitive to other providers but its online upgrade on data plan change may get jammed.
